What it is made of
Four parts, running at once.
Not a stack you move through in order — the network server, the platform, the operations view and the interfaces are all live at the same time, and each one is ours to fix.

Where the readings arrive, and what customers sign in to. Site status, and the history behind every figure.
Network
Private LoRa network server
The LNS is ours, not rented. Devices join a network we operate, which is what makes the coverage on your site our problem to fix.

Multicom Command Center
The operations view across sites — what is reporting, what is not, and what has changed since yesterday.

The same record on a phone in the field and on a desk in the office.

Logins are not general accounts. If one has stopped working, or a new user needs one, call 023 210 0100. We do not reset credentials over WhatsApp.
