Our process
Four steps,
in this order, every time.
The survey is free and produces a written scope, so what is quoted is what was seen. Calibration intervals, battery replacement and link checks are in the contract, not in a follow-up quotation.

The method
Survey, specify, commission, operate.
Each step produces something written that the next one is held to. Nothing moves forward on a verbal.
Free, and produces a written scope
Survey
An engineer walks the site. What is already there, what power exists, what the radio path looks like, where a cabinet can go.
Against the site, not a catalogue
Specify
Instruments chosen against the measurement, the enclosure, the power available and the temperature the box will actually see.
Proven on site
Commission
Installed, wired, addressed and proven where it will live. Nothing is signed off on the strength of a bench test.
Inside the contract
Operate
Calibration intervals, battery replacement and link checks are in the contract, not in a follow-up quotation.
The platform
Where the readings arrive.
Readings are collected, buffered and forwarded to Telemetry-X, the platform customers sign in to. Alerts fire on the conditions you set, and where a site is built for it, outputs can switch a pump or move a valve.
